This project is to build a new ground up apartment building wrapping a precast parking garage on three
sides. The project consists of 345 units and roughly 370,000GSF with a Phase II that will follow. Most of
the building is 4 stories with a portion that is 5. Please see general notes info below. The developers’
intent is to build a team to support their strategic growth in Central Florida and you should anticipate more
local work in the pipeline.
